We’re looking for a calm and considerate person to join our creative shared household in Norra Sköndal, just one bus stop from Gullmarsplan. Rent is 6,500 SEK/month and includes electricity, heating, water, fast 1 Gbit/s internet, and coffee. The room is the only bedroom on the ground floor, furnished with a 140 cm double bed and a large desk – perfect for studying or working from home. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a small outdoor area. Laundry facilities are available. I live here every other week with my two children (ages 11 and 7), and we share the house with a student studying public health. We value calm and respect.
