Hello there, I'm renting out a room in my beautiful apartment. It's a wonderful place to be, quite calm, near the nature reserve and with view on the park. It's located in Bredäng. From the apartment it's 25 mins to T centralen and 15 mins to Södermalm. The rent is 6000 plus electricity, possibility for extension. The whole apartment is quite spacious (76m2), it's bright and has the sun in the mornings. It's very cozy here and it's a lovely place to come back to, especially during the Swedish winter. The apartment is very bright and will be fully furnished. There is a big living room which opens to the kitchen where there's a large dining table. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing/drying machine. The apartment is 5 mins walk to Bredäng T-bana and from there it's about 20 mins to T-centralen. The apartment has a nice view on the park and has sunshine in the morning until early afternoon. From the apartment it's a 10 mins walk to the nature reserve where you can swim and enjoy outdoor activities. In Bredäng centrum there are supermarkets and restaurants. About the housemates: we are two performing artists living here right now. We both work during the day and are very flexible and open with communication. We like to organize creative dinners sometimes or hang out together, but also respect each other's privacy and want to have time for ourselves as well. We are looking for someone who is very respectful and easy going and responsive in communication.
