The area of Gröndal is just outside the most busy areas in cosy surroundings about 50 metres from the water where you can swim and relax on the decks. You can also enjoy nature and numerous great walking trails. The building has around 130 apartments and there’re many residential buildings around. What I personally really like is that it’s very close to the city but still offers nature and a great feeling of relaxation. Moving in date can be somewhat flexible. The apartment is 100 sqm large with 2 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 bathroom/toilet, 1 guest toilet, 1 livingroom/kitchen and a balcony and a large 100 sqm roof terrace. The room for rent is a single room approx. 12 sqm with a 120 cm bed, chair, 4 closets and a small desk and an office chair. All bed linen, duvet, pillows and towels are provided for free. A guest toilet is available exclusively for the tenant. Shared bathroom with shower, bath, tumble dryer and washing machine. Shared kitchen with all modern appliances. Shared livingroom and office room. Big comfortable balcony and very big roof terrace to be enjoyed by the tenant. The areas in red and green on the floor plan are shared spaces. Very close to grocery stores, pharmacy, cafés, bakery, restaurants etc. Transportation: 15 min walk to/from Liljeholmen (Red Metro Line) 5 min walk to Tvärbanan (Yellow tram line) 5 min bus ride to/from Liljeholmen (bus 133 from Bryggvägen just outside the apartment with a 2 minute walk) where Red Metro Line and Yellow Line Tvärbanan are located. 5 min walk to Gröndal to Yellow Line Tvärbanan. Here you can also find grocery stores, cafés, pharmacy and more. 5 min walk to Commuter Boat 89 to Stadshuset in the city centre. The boat trip takes around 15 minutes and operates year round. With a commuter card from SL (Stockholm Public Transportation) you can use buses, metro, trams and commuter boats. Within 2 minutes from the apartment is a bakery and an Italian restaurant. 5 minute walk to Gröndal where you can find a pizzeria/grill, an Indian restaurant, a local European a la carte restaurant, a Middle Eastern mezze deli and a traditional classic Swedish “konditori” with cakes, pastries, coffee/tea, sandwiches, salads, freshly baked bread etc. There is a safe storage area for bikes in the basement. The rent includes electricity, WiFi, water, heating. The apartment is shared with a single man so it’s a very quiet and relaxed accommodation. I'm a relaxed, quiet person that has lived abroad in many countries and love to travel. I'm looking for a flat mate that is easy-going, neat and tidy and reliable and of course respectful of each others priorities when living together. I’ve previously rented out the room several times before so I’m quite used to sharing the apartment with a tenant.
