Friendly family in Tensta/Spånga is renting out their ~110 m^2 apartment. The apartment is spacious and furnished. There is a large living room, kitchen, dining area, dressing room, washing room (washing machine and dryer), balcony and two restrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath tube). More information available upon request. The community to which the apartment belongs offers commercial grade washing facilities (free of charge), indoors bicycle storage, entertainment rooms, event facilities and more. Rent Conditions We are expecting to rent out the flat to calm, tidy, non-smoking (and no pets) persons. We expect the persons living in the apartment to keep the apartment tidy. Tenants must sign a lease contract and provide valid ID and supporting documents of occupation in Stockholm. One months deposit (SEK 16 000) + first month's rent (SEK 16 000) should be paid upon signing the agreement. The rent for the apartment is payable a month prior and includes Internet, TV and water. Electricity is not included. Communication/Transportation The building is located 5 minutes’ walk from Tensta Centrum metro station (blue line): 20 minutes to/from T-Centralen. Buss 514 (to Spånga/Kista/Sollentuna) departs right outside of the building and connects you to the commuters train in Spånga (~8min) and to Rinkeby/Kista/Sollentuna. Multiple other busses departs from Tensta Centrum for example 540 buss to Stockholm University. Car parking available upon request. There is also a newly developed bicycle lane outside the building for those who prefer to bike. Other Locations in the vicinity There is multiple football and basketball courts, as well as, outdoor gyms in the vicinity (eg. Spånga IP). There is also a swimming and gym hall (Tensta simhall), library and several affordable grocery stores and restaurant in Tensta Centrum.
