👋 About Us ​We are a friendly, easy-going, and quiet couple who take pride in keeping our apartment clean. We are looking for a tidy, responsible female tenant to share our space. ​Important Note on Availability: We split our time between Stockholm and another city. This means you will often have the entire apartment to yourself. The Apartment & Your Room ​The room for rent is approximately 10+ sqm in our lovely, fully furnished 3-room apartment on the 6th floor. ​Your Private Space: You will have a private bedroom equipped with a 90 cm guest bed and a desk. ​Bonus Storage: You also get a walk-in closet right outside your room! ​Shared Spaces: You will have full access to the rest of the apartment (kitchen, living room, bathroom) except our private bedroom. ​Key Amenities: The apartment includes a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and sound system. ​💰 Rental Details Monthly Rent: 7,800 SEK Contract: Open-ended with a one-month notice period for both parties. ​🚉 Excellent Location & Transport ​2 min walk: Tram (Årstafältet) ​5–6 min walk: Commuter train (Årstaberg) ​Bus 160: Direct connections to Gullmarsplan & Liljeholmen. Shared facilities: - ​A sauna and a small gym. - ​Ping pong table, hobby room, and a shared laundry room. - ​Bicycle wash and repair area.
